Back on the Bike

I have been dying to get back on the Bike. Bessie Mae has taken me all over the country. I will never forget that I bought her to get up from my screen watching charts expecting some great movement in my investments. After years of investing I have found that the summer is only time to accumulate more investments and not deal with expecting a massive move as those things just don't typically happen in the summer. It was much better than staring at a screen. ..Over time I have been tempted to sit and stare at the screen but after years of investing I'm over it. Now I'm just ready to come up with a standardized accumulating practice so that when it is necessary I can pay off some bills and move along. ..One of the things that investing has taught me is cash flow is king. It is better to build a business that brings you a constant cashflow than beg the market to make a move. If you have a business you actively have something that you are working on. If you only invest it is a waiting game unless you have nerves of steel to day trade which for the stress I cannot recommend to the faint at heart.
