Day 48: Fifa World Cup
This is the first year that Jordan goes to the FIFA World Cup and so all of Jordan is incredibly excited for this match. I forget exactly who they were playing on this day, but there is a celebration at School representing Jordan's first time at the World Cup unfortunately they did not win their match and so they were eliminated early on in the World Cup but here in Jordan the World Cup is a big deal and so all of the cafés every single night were playing all of the World Cup games and I think this is like the first time that America actually got like exposed to soccer on a large scale because it was held in America at all of the diffe arenas that we have and I think Americans actually finally realized how big soccer is and so it was a big boom for both Jordan and America this year.
