Day 55: Fresh Catch
Here a worker is unloading fresh fish from a tank. They're in there swimming. He has to actively catch them and he's loading them into this bucket for this restaurant that is downstairs from Qasid. In America, usually the fish are already dead, but these fish are alive. They're going to have to scale them and gut them and then cook them so this is as fresh as you can actually get in terms of having fish. These fish are straight out wherever they are, and then they were kept alive all the way until they reached the restaurant so this restaurant has very fresh fish.
